Hind Sultan Al SuwaidiPartner

Ms. Hind Sultan Al Suwaidi hails from the Al Suwaidi family, a prominent family in the UAE with diverse business interests across the country. She is the proprietor of AVS Lewis & Pecker Auditing and is a certified Auditor with the Ministry of Economy, UAE. Ms Sultan currently hold the position of Head of Revenue & Guarantee Section (Finance Department), GDRFA.

She holds memberships in the IIA, Accounting & Auditor Association, Takatof, Emirates Environmental Group, Emirates Society for the Talented and Human Appeal.

She has been awarded the prestigious “Excellence Award by the Ministry of Internal affairs in 2013.

Mohamed Sharaf Senior Audit Partner

Mr Mohamed Sharaf is an innovative Senior Accounts & Finance leader with 25 years of track record of improving profitability. He has expertise in operations and finance and has demonstrated capabilities in business development, capital acquisition, financial planning and analysis, and P&L management.

In his long career he has built high-performance teams by aligning the finance function with core business segments.

He skills include Planning and Budget, Financial Analysis, Costing, Profit & Team Management, Internal & External Audit, Project Accounting, Lease Management, Conflict resolution & Negotiations, Employee evaluation.

Venkatachalam Lakshmi NarayananSenior Partner

Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) Venkatachalam Lakshmi Narayanan, with over 35 years of experience, is a seasoned FCA specializing in financial management, corporate governance, and auditing. He has a proven track record of leading regulatory compliance and providing strategic financial insights.

He has expertise in areas such as corporate tax, VAT compliance, risk management, regulatory filings, statutory audit preparations, financial decision-making and governance.

In addition to conducting audits across diverse industries, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local standards he also coordinates with senior management for financial decision-making and governance.

Hariharan GSenior Audit Partner

Mr Hariharan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1979 and has been associated with a leading professional firm in India having over 12 branches, first as their audit manager and later on as a partner.

He then served as the Chief Internal Auditor at Oman Telecommunications Company. Subsequently he joined a leading business group in the Kingdom of Bahrain as their group CFO and served the position for three years. Since 2018, Mr Hariharan has been associated with AVS Lewis & Pecker Auditing.

Anoop MudikkaranSenior Audit Partner

Anoop Mudikkaran is a highly accomplished audit professional with a strong educational background in commerce and finance. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Income Tax Law & Practice and a Master of Commerce degree in Finance, Anoop possesses in-depth knowledge of taxation, financial regulations, and auditing principles.

As Senior Audit Partner at AVS Lewis & Pecker, Anoop brings over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of Auditing, Bookkeeping, VAT consulting and AML Consulting.

He has established himself as an expert by providing assistance to different nature of businesses like financial institutions, manufacturing, engineering contractors, designated non-financial institutions etc.

Niraj P.MSenior Chartered Accountant

Mr Niraj P.M., with over 20 years of experience, excels in financial management, investment analysis, and strategic advisory. His expertise spans industries such as real estate, manufacturing, and consulting, making him a valuable resource at AVS Lewis & Pecker Auditing.

He has deep expertise in financial modelling, risk management, investment evaluations, valuation models, accounting software, strategic planning, fund sourcing, and governance best practices.

Akilesh N Sankaran is a seasoned professional with a strong academic foundation in commerce and business management. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Business Management & Operational Management, Akilesh has developed a unique blend of financial acumen and strategic operational expertise.

He currently serves as a Director at AVS Lewis & Pecker Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors. He has expertise in formulating accounting systems, preparing accounting records and financial statements, Receivables/payables, payrolls, corporate accounting & Consolidation, Bank Relations & Finance negotiations, Cash/Fund Flow Management & Working Capital Management.
